West Fort Bend’s beauty, business friendly climate and progressive outlook make it one of the most prized areas for development. Located in one of the ten fastest growing counties in Texas, the District is focused on enhancing the quality of life for those that live in, drive through and visit the Richmond-Rosenberg area daily.

In our sixth year of serving the community, the District strives to implement enhancements and projects that will generate positive and desirable development for the area.

Development takes a variety of forms; whether it be for commercial, residential or public use, the District assists its sponsoring cities of Richmond and Rosenberg in building a foundation for positive growth.
